Purchase & Returns:
- We offer a 14-day Return Policy for all products purchased online via phone/email/WhatsApp.
- Returns are only accepted for Damaged, Manufacturing Defects, Incomplete, and Incorrect Products.
- Products must be returned in their original condition, and packaging with the invoice and tags intact.
- The time frame for Returns begins on the date the product is delivered, based on confirmation from our logistics team or courier partners.
- You can initiate the return from the "Contact Us" section or email us at connect@nilkamalhomes.com and share 2 images of the product: one image showing the damaged part and another image of the entire product.
- For Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Incomplete products, 100% Replacement/Refund is provided.
- Hassle-free returns are available through courier pickup, or you can request a replacement online or at stores for non-furniture products, Customers do not incur any courier or shipping charges for returns.
- In case of Packaging Damage or the Product is not in good condition, refuse delivery and contact Customer Care at 18001211414 or email us at connect@nilkamalhomes.com with your order reference number, we will strive to process your request as quickly as possible.
- Gift vouchers are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Returns/Exchange through courier: - Replacement can only be done for products of the same price as the original item returned. Please clearly indicate the replacement item while making the request; Customer Care will check stock availability and confirm if the replacement is possible.
- Refunds for returns will only be processed after receiving the product in unused condition along with the original Packaging and Invoice.
- Refunds or Replacements will be processed within 1-2 weeks of receiving the returned products.
- Refunds to the credit/debit cardholders will be credited to the same account used for the purchase.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via cheque; customers must provide the necessary details for the cheque. COD refund is a manual process and may take up to 7-8 days to process the refund request. For quicker refunds, we recommend opting for Prepaid Payment methods.

Cancellation Policy:
A Customer can cancel the order (or a part of it) within 24 hours of order confirmation or before shipping, whichever occurs first. Cancellations after dispatch will be chargeable.
